Joris Laeremans and Mattias Eyckmans first met while working at Swissport Belgium, Brussels Airport’s largest ground handler at the time. Joris brings a wealth of experience as a pilot and TRC specialist, with expertise in Weight and Balance, while Mattias\u2019 11-year career spans diverse roles in ground handling and airlines. Qualified to operate most ground handling equipment and experience in Ground handling and Airline Management, Mattias also provides aviation consulting and delivers specialized training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the post-COVID recovery, Joris played a critical role in training over 1,000 new hires in just two years, focusing on business criticals and IATA Dangerous Goods training. Recognizing the need for a deeper impact on aviation safety, Joris and Mattias combined in 2025 their strengths to form Aeromaris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
