Classroom Training FAQ

1. Is the dress code the same for all classroom training sessions?

For our training sessions, the most important factor is that you feel comfortable and confident, as this helps you focus and engage effectively with the material. Clean, casual outfits like jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, and sneakers are great choices, as they create a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere.

While we prioritize comfort, we kindly ask participants to avoid attire that could be distracting or inappropriate, such as onesies or overly informal outfits. The goal is to ensure a positive and professional environment where everyone can concentrate and participate fully.

If you feel more at ease in professional attire, like a shirt, blazer, or suit pants, you’re also welcome to dress that way. The key is to wear clothing that reflects your personal style while being respectful of others, creating an environment that fosters effective learning for all.

2. What is the dress code for in-company training?

In the case of in-company training, we respect any specific dress code your organization requires. However, if it aligns with your company’s policies, we recommend allowing participants to wear clean, casual clothing. This approach fosters a relaxed environment, encouraging better engagement and knowledge retention during the training.

3. What do participants need to bring to classroom training?

For both standard and in-company sessions, participants should bring a notebook, pen, and any provided course materials. Additional tools or devices (e.g., laptops) will be communicated in advance, if required.

4. Suggested Timing for Course Arrival

To ensure the course starts on time and runs smoothly, we recommend that participants arrive in the training room between 20 minutes and 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows ample time to settle in, prepare any materials, and address last-minute questions or needs before the session begins. Starting promptly ensures that everyone benefits from the full training experience without interruptions.

In-Company Training FAQ

1. Can the training schedule be adapted to fit our operations?

Absolutely. We work closely with our clients to create a training schedule that minimizes disruption to your operations. This may include sessions during off-peak hours or spreading the training across multiple days.

2. Are there specific venue requirements for hosting in-company training?

We only need a quiet, well-lit room with sufficient seating and a projector or screen for presentations. If these are not available, we can assist in arranging suitable facilities nearby.

3. Can we include company-specific scenarios or challenges in the training?

Yes, we encourage incorporating real-world scenarios from your operations. This makes the training more relevant and immediately applicable for your team.

4. What is the ideal number of participants for in-company training?

We recommend limiting each session to 8-10 participants to ensure personalized attention and effective learning. For larger groups, we suggest splitting the training into multiple sessions.

5. Visitor Badge Requirements

In cases where visitor badges are required to access the training location, we kindly request our clients to manage the process and/or guide us and the participants through the necessary steps. Ensuring smooth access helps maintain the schedule and allows us to focus on delivering an effective training session.
